针刺落零五穴配合龙氏正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床观察

目的：观察针刺落零五穴配合龙氏正骨手法治疗颈型颈椎病颈痛的临床疗效.方法：60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组全部运用针刺＂落零五＂穴,同时配合龙氏正骨手法的方法进行治疗;对照组采用针刺天柱、颈夹脊、大椎等穴进行治疗.以上2组均每天治疗1次,6次为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效.观察指标包括病例中断与脱落情况、临床疗效、治疗前后颈痛综合评定和治疗过程中患者不适的详细记录.结果：①60例颈型颈椎病患者无1例脱落.②治疗组治愈15例,总有效率为100%,对照组治愈8例,总有效率为93.33%;治疗组疗效较对照组疗效好（P＜0.05）.③两组患者治疗后PRI、VAS和PPI均降低（P均＜0.01）;治疗组治疗前后PRI和VAS差值较对照组的值大（P均＜0.05）.④60例颈型颈椎病患者接受治疗后,无特殊不适.结论：针刺落零五穴配合龙氏正骨手法能够明显缓解颈型颈椎病患者颈项痛等症状,从而有效治疗颈型颈椎病.

Conclusion：The acupuncture falls 5 holes to match the closure bonesetting technique to be able obviously to alleviate symptoms and so on neck cervical vertebra sickness patient neck pain, thus treats the neck cervical vertebra to get sick effectively.
