摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT表面遮盖显示(SSD)、多平面重组(MPR)和容积再现(VRT)技术针对平片诊断的可疑膝关节骨损伤的临床应用价值.方法:对24例平片X线检查诊断可疑膝关节骨损伤的病例,行螺旋CT扫描后,运用SSD、MPR和VRT技术重建膝关节三维图像.结果:所有平片诊断可疑膝关节骨损伤的病例在行螺旋CT扫描经过三维重建处理后都得到了明确的影像诊断结果.尤其是对骨折病例的骨折分型、骨折范围、移位程度的描述上大大优于平片X线检查.减少了影像科检查的误诊和漏诊率,并为临床医师制定治疗方案提供可靠依据.

In particular to in the bone fracture case of illness bone breakdown, the bone fracture scope,the shifting degree description greatly surpasses the even piece X inspection. Reduced the phantom branch inspection error diagnostic and the rate of missed diagnosis,and formulates the treatment plan for clinician to provide the reliable basis.
