新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎是机械通气所致的一种并发症,它严重影响机械通气成败与患儿预后.为了降低新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率和病死率,笔者通过多年的临床观察,对相关危险因素进行了分析,并采取了综合防治措施等护理对策,取得了一定的护理效果.
