锁定DHS钢板与普通DHS钢板治疗老年股骨转子骨折疗效比较

目的：探讨锁定DHS钢板与普通DHS钢板适应症,寻找治疗老年股骨转子间骨折相对较为合适的内固定器械.方法：治疗老年股骨转子间骨折共78例,其中锁定DHS钢板治疗41例,普通DHS钢板治疗37例.比较手术时间及术中出血量,并在术后利用Parker髋关节功能评分进行比较,随访时间为12个月.结果：锁定DHS钢板组在手术时间、手术中出血量上少于普通DHS钢板组,并在Harris髋关节功能评分上优于普通DHS钢板组.

Objective：Discusses locks the DHS steel plate and the ordinary DHS steel plate indication, seeks the treatment old age thighbone intertrochanterie bone fracture relative more appropriate in fixed instrument. Methods：Treats the old age thighbone intertrochanteric bone fracture altogether 78 examples,in which locks the DHS steel plate to treat 41 examples,the ordinary DHS steel plate treats 37 examples. Bleeds the quantity compared with in the surgery time and the technique,and carries on the comparison after the technique using Parker coxa function grading, the revisit time is 12 months. Resells：Locks the DHS steel plate group in the surgery time,the surgery bleeds in the quantity to be short in the ordinary DHS steel plate group,and surpasses the ordinary DHS steel plate group in Harris coxa/unction grading.
