小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

目的：观察小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法：将104例患者,随机分为治疗组（52）例和对照组（52）例,治疗组采用小针刀治疗,对照组采用牵引及中频治疗,观察两组患者腰部及下肢疼痛、麻木症状的缓解情况.结果：观察两组疗效,治疗组总有效率98.07 %,对照组总有效率92.31%.P﹤0.05,提示针刀组治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于传统组.结论：小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效明显优于牵引及中频治疗.

Objective：Observes the small needle knife treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness curative effect. Methods ：104 example patients,divides into stochastically the treatment group （52） example and the control group （52） example,the treatment group uses the small needle knife treatment,the control group uses the hauling and the intermediate frequency treatment,observes two group of patient waists and the lower limb ache,the numb symptom alleviation situation. Results：Observes two groups of curative effects, treatment group total effectiveness 98.07%, control group total effectiveness 92.31%.P 〈 0.05,raises the pointer knife tackle treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness curative effect to surpass the traditional group. Conclusion：The small needle knife treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness curative effect surpasses the hauling and the intermediate frequency treatment obviously.
