射频消融迷宫术加瓣膜置换术治疗并发房颤的风湿性心脏瓣膜病

Surgical Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation in Rheumatic Heart Disease Patients with Radiofrequency Ablation Following Heart Valve Replacement

介绍心内直视下以射频消融代替切割冷冻施行迷宫术加瓣膜置换术治疗并发房颤的风湿性心脏瓣膜病经验。８例在体外循环心内直视下按照迷宫线路施行射频消融，同时完成瓣膜置换。６例术后即转为窦性心律；２例术后结性及窦性心律交替出现，出院时转为窦性心律。

\ The maze procedure with radiofrequency ablation technique, other than traditional blade excising method, was introduced to treat atrial fibrillation in rheumatic heart disease patients, following heart valve replacement. Total eight cases of these patients were treated with this radiofrequency ablation maze technique during heart valve surgery. Six cases resumed sinus rhythm immediately after the surgery. Other two cases had an alternating sinus and nodal rhythm postoperatively and resumed normal sinus rhythm when they were discharged from the hospital. The radiofrequency ablation technique is safer and easier to use than the traditional excising technique and can also achieve the same satisfied Author clinical results.\;
