摘要
以西兰花无菌苗根诱导并继代半年的愈伤组织为材料,研究了红、黄、蓝、绿、白5种不同光质对西兰花愈伤组织及其萝卜硫素含量的影响,结果表明,不同光质下愈伤组织的增殖顺序依次为白光>红光、蓝光>绿光>黄光;不同光质下愈伤组织的可溶性蛋白含量与含水量有明显差异,红光和蓝光下含量较高,与愈伤组织增殖有一定的相关关系;红光和蓝光对愈伤组织中萝卜硫素的累积效果最佳,含量达747.33μg.g-1,为白光的1.38倍;红光和蓝光下萝卜硫素的产量最大,达260.47μg.瓶-1,为白光的1.03倍.
Callus induced from the aseptic seedling roots of broccoli were used as materials for investigating the effects of five different light qualities as red,yellow,blue,green and white on the callus and sulforaphen content.The results showed that the light qualities for the multiplication of callus were in the order of white〉 red and blue〉green〉yellow.Different light had different effects on callus soluble protein and moisture content.Red and blue light had higher soluble protein and moisture content,with a correlation to callus multiplication.The red and blue light promoted the accumulation of sulforaphen,the content reached 747.33 μg·g^-1,1.38 times that of white.Sulforaphen production of red and blue light reached the maximum with 260.47 μg·flask^-1,1.03 times that of the white.
