紫茎泽兰提取液的抑菌活性研究

The bacteriostatic activity of Eupatorium adenophorum extracting solution

采用纸片琼脂扩散法、平板培养基连续稀释法对紫茎泽兰石油醚提取物进行了抑菌试验.结果表明,紫茎泽兰提取液对供试金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的生长均有一定程度的抑制作用,抑菌效果的顺序为金黄色葡萄球菌>大肠肝菌>枯草芽孢杆菌.因此,紫茎泽兰提取液在抑菌方面有一定的开发利用价值.

The bacteriostatic activity was investigated with the petroleum ether extracting solution of Eupatorium adenophorum by using paper slip agar dilution method and dilution method.The results showed that the extracting solution of Eupatorium adenophorum had the growth inhibition to Staphylococcus aureus,E.coli and Bacillus subtilis in a certain extent.Therefore,the extracting solution of Eupatorium adenophorum has some exploitation and utilization value on bacteriostatic action.
