摘要
以7-羟基香豆素和3-氯-3-甲基-1-丁炔为原料,分别采用不同的微波合成条件,经两步合成2,2-二甲基-1,5-二氧杂菲-6-酮。实验结果表明,与传统合成方法相比,微波合成不仅大大减少了反应的时间,还降低了原料的消耗,是合成Seselin的较优方法。
Used umbelliferone and 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne as feed stock,the seselin is synthesized by method of microwave irradiation in two steps.In each step,a different microwave condition is given.The experiment results show that MW-synthesis can not only greatly reduce the reaction time,but also reduce the consume of the expensive material campared with traditional conditions,it's a better way to synthesize the Seselin.
