丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼用于老年患者胃镜检查的效果

Propofol combined with sufentanil for fiber gastroscopy in elder patients

目的探讨丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼用于老年患者胃镜检查的效果与安全性。方法将60例需行胃镜检查的老年患者随机分成无痛胃镜组(P组)和常规胃镜组(C组),每组30例。P组采用丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼麻醉,C组采用吞服利多卡因胶浆表面麻醉,分别观察两组检查前、检查中及检查后的脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)及副作用。结果 P组麻醉后患者能在无知觉和无痛觉中接受检查,出现恶心呕吐、咳嗽及体动等副作用少,血压(BP)、心率(HR)变化比C组相对稳定,均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论采用丙泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼麻醉用于老年患者胃镜检查可充分减轻患者的痛苦,患者无挣扎,检查操作顺利,循环稳定,并发症少,是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of propofol combined with sufentanil for fiber gastroscopy in elder patients.Methods 60 elder patients underwent fiber gastroscopy were randomly divided into painless group （group P,anesthesia with sufentanil and propofol,n=30） and convention group （group C,local anesthesia with 2% lidocaine,n=30）. The HR,SBP,SpO2 and side-effects were monitored before,during and after operation.Results Patients in group P underwent gastroscopy in a status of unconsciousness and painless,with stable BP and HR and low occurrence of side-effects,such as nausea,cough,body movement compared to patients in group C.Conclusion propofol combined with sufentanil offers an ideal anesthesia status for fiber gastroscopy with stable hemodynamic and low occurrence of side-effects in elder patients.
