摘要 将La2CoxCu1-xO4(x=0-0.5)复合氧化物做成了厚膜型气敏器件,研究了烧结温度、膜厚对材料氧敏性能的影响,结果表明:800℃烧结、膜厚为80μm时所制得的厚膜型La2Co0.1Cu0.9O4在400~700℃测试区间内的氧敏性能最优,在400℃时的灵敏度最大,可以达到6。 Perovskite-type oxide La2CoxCu1-xO4(x=0~0.5) was synthesized.The thick film type oxygen-sensing element was fabricated.The effects of sintering temperatures,thickness on the oxygen-sensing properties of the thick films were investigated.The results illustrate that thick film La2Co0.1Cu0.9O4(80 μm thickness,sintering at 800 ℃)exhibits the best oxygen-sensing properties and has a maximum sensitivity of 6 at 400 ℃.
