摘要
系统以NEC单片机为内核单元,将压力信号放大后送入单片机,采用过采样理论、分段线性化的方法对差压曲线进行采样,通过查表的方式获取压力值,并通过16位D/A和V/I外围电路将差压值转换为4~20 mA的电流,采用IIC接口将系统控制字和压力值存储与EEPROM中,并且通过IIC接口实时将压力数据显示在LCD上。测试结果表明,系统功耗低、精度高、便于携带、性能稳定、可靠性高。
NEC MCU is the system kernel.The signal was amplified,then sampled by A/D in the MCU.The system utilized over-sampling theory and linearization by separating segment methods to process data from A/D.Pressure is converted to 4~20 mA Current through D/A and V/I circuit.Configuration word and data measured were stored in EEPROM through IIC interface.At the same time,LCD displays the pressure.The test results demonstrate that,the new design system has the advantages of high accuracy,low power——consuming and so on.
