摘要
简要介绍了轴流压缩机组的工艺流程,描述了轴流压缩机控制系统的配置、控制难点。重点介绍了轴流压缩机定风量/定风压控制、防喘振控制和连锁控制的功能实现。该设计实现了国产DCS系统对湘钢1#进口轴流压缩机控制系统的改造。
This paper introduced briefly the technical process of the axialcompressor unit,described configuration and control difficult of the axial compressor＇s control system.It mainly introduced constant flow/constant pressure control,surge-proof control,and interlock control of axial flow compressor.The design realized the transformation of the control system of XiangTan Iron and Steel Plant＇s NO.1 Axial compressor which was carried on by our country＇s DCS.
