摘要
恒温水浴对温度性能要求严格,为此将改进型Bang-Bang控制、自组织模糊控制与PID控制有机结合,并结合DSP的PWM控制方式,设计并实现了一种水浴温度复合智能控制方法:当目标温度与水浴实际温度误差很大时,系统采用改进型Bang-Bang控制以减少温度上升时间;当温度误差较小时,系统采用自组织模糊控制以减少温度超调量;当误差小于自组织模糊控制的静态误差时,系统采用PID控制以减少温度的稳态误差。同时给出了恒温水浴温度采集与控制的硬件设计。实验表明:采用这种方法的恒温水浴温升时间短、超调小等优点,达到了稳态误差0.05℃的控制要求。
A complex intelligent control method with DSP's PWM control for water tank temperature was designed,which combined improved Bang-Bang control,self-organizing fuzzy control with PID control,and it is implemented by DSP.When the temperature error between the desired temperature and actual temperature in the water tank is large,improved Bang-Bang control is employed to rapidly reduce the rise time.When the temperature error is small,self-organizing fuzzy control is applied to decrease the system overshoot.When the temperature error is smaller,i.e.,it is less than the static error of self-organizing fuzzy control,the PID control is used.All experimental results show that the overshoot of constant temperature water tank with this proposed method is small and its rise time is short,while its steady-state error is not more than 0.05 ℃.
