多普勒测风激光雷达速度校准仪的关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 多普勒测风激光雷达的速度精确校准仪通过引入全光纤系统中光纤耦合技术、参考光与信号光分离技术,激光入射与接收角度优化技术、伺服控制与光电编码技术等关键技术,使系统的稳定性和准确性得以明显提升,在对速度校准的可靠性进行了深入的理论分析和实验测试后,得到测试系统最大速度绝对误差为0.4 mm/s,最大相对误差为0.001%的结论。 The Doppler lidar speed precision calibrator system adopted all-optical fiber coupling technology,reference and signal light separation technology,laser incident angle optimization with receiver and servo control of key technologies such as optical encoding technology.The stability and accuracy of the system was improved significantly in the reliability of the speed calibration conducted in-depth theoretical analysis and experimental testing.This paper getsthe conclusions that absolute maximum speed of test system error is 0.4 mm/s,the maximum relative error is 0.001%.
