摘要
首先讨论了设计及其优化的一般概念,以及热工设备与系统优化任务的异同点。随后,结合陶瓷工业热工设备设计的实际问题,详尽地介绍了设备优化设计的方法和步骤,包括:如何选定设计变量和目标函数,给出特性方程和报价方程,建立最优化数学模型,求解设计变量和目标函数极大化(或极小化)等。采用和推广优化设计方法,将可以改进和提升传统的设计方法,获得更大的经济效益与社会效益,从而更好地适应我国的经济转型和现代陶瓷工业的飞速发展形势。
This paper first discussed design and design optimization in the general sense and compared the differences and similarities between the optimization of thermal equipment and thermal system.Then,it introduced in detail the methods and procedures that can be adopted in optimizing the design of thermal equipment in consideration of its practical problems,such as the choice of the design variable,the maximization(or the minimization) of the objective function,etc.It's believed,with a wide application of the design optimization,the traditional design of thermal equipment will be improved to bring about greater economic and social benefits,and thus meet the needs of China's economic transformation and the rapid development of contemporary ceramic industry.
