摘要
目的:探寻良好的软骨组织工程支架材料。方法:制备兔脱钙骨基质(decalcified bone matrix,DBM),采用液体置换法检测经脱钙2、3、4 d支架材料的孔隙率。扫描电镜观察DBM的超微结构,以及软骨细胞与DBM体外复合培养3 d的黏附情况。结果:脱钙3 d的DBM多孔结构及空隙适合软骨细胞的黏附和增殖。软骨细胞和DBM体外培养3 d黏附良好。结论:DBM是良好的软骨组织工程支架材料。
Objective:To look for the scaffold material of tissue-en gineered cartilage.Methods:The decalcified bone matrix(DBM) of rabbits was prepared.The interval porosity of the bracket material was tested by liquid substitution method after decalcification of two,three and four days.The ultra-microstructur of DBM was observed through scanning electron microscope,and the adhere of DBM and chondrocyte after cultivate three days were also studied.Results:The porous structure of DBM decalcificated for three days fitted the chondrocyte to adhere and generation.The DBM and chondrocyte adhered well in vitro.Conclusion:The DBM was a good scaffold material of tissue-engineered cartilage.
