摘要 考虑到生产企业技术改造要求,设计一个利用无线射频技术进行非接触的低频双向数据通信系统。它以C8051F220作为核心控制器,以环氧乙烷(C2H4O)气体检测仪做探测节点,通过nRF905无线通信模块,将环氧乙烷气体泄露浓度信息发送给监测终端。系统实现了现场和远程两个监控点同时实时监测功能,提高了生产管理自动化程度,解决了危险特殊场所的有关数据传输和厂区布线困难影响美观等问题。 Taking into account the requirements of production technological transformation of enterprises. It was finished to design a non-contact low-frequency two-way data communications systems with wireless RF technology. This system based on MCU (C8051F220) makes use of nRF905 wireless communication module and ethylene oxide gas detector, sending the leaking concentration information of ethylene oxide to the monitoring terminal,which realizes the real-time monitor for local and long-distance。The system improves the automation level of production management and solved the some problems of dangerous place that related special data is transmission, wiring is difficulty and affects factory the artistry ect.
