摘要
本文从理论上分析并计算了直井起下钻(或下套管)过程中由泥浆粘滞作用引起的波动压力。分别用牛顿模式和幂律模式导出了起下钻(或下套管)过程中环空内泥浆层流流动的流速分布公式和波动压力计算公式。给出了便于现场使用的计算模式和相应的计算图表。这些模式和图表对于现场准确计算波动压力,以便更有效地控制起下钻(或下套管)速度及相应的泥浆性能,确保井下安全,有一定参考价值。文中评价和分析了以前常用的近似简化计算方法。
This paper presents a new method for accurate calculationand analysis of the surge pressure caused by mud viscosity during tripping the drill-pipe or casing pipe in a vertical well. The models of liminar flow velocity profile and surge pressure of Newtonian and Power-law liquid in the annulus during tripping are developed. Simple working formulas and graphs are also given, so that the tripping velocity and mud properties can be more effectively controlled for the safety of operation. Moreover, the method presented herein can be used to evaluate the results obtained by other simplified method.
