摘要
目的:研究新型种植体与骨的结合情况。方法:选取成年狼狗6只,拔除其双侧下颌全部前磨牙3个月后每侧拔牙窝内种植新型种植体,对照组种植体各2枚,共48枚。术后1,2,3月分别处死2只犬。通过大体观察,X线片观察和扫描电镜观察种植体与颌骨结合情况。结果:2种种植体和骨界面X线表现相似,均无骨质破坏;3个月时,扫描电镜观察到二种种植体与新骨组织形成良好的骨结合,种植体表面骨沉积成板层状,骨和种植体直接接触。结论:新型种植体能与骨形成良好的骨性结合。
Objective:To study the implant-bone integration conditions of a new type tooth implant.Methods: All premolars in bilateral jaw of 6 adult dogs were removed.Three months later,two new type implants and two cylinder-implants as controle were implanted into the sockets of each side,altogether 48 implants.Every two dogs were sacrificed one,two and three months after surgery.The interface of the implant-bone were checked with radiograph and scanning electron microscopy. Results:X-ray showed that implant-bone interface had no bone absorption with two kinds of implant. In the third month, two kinds of implant and new bone become an integrate, bone deposited into lamellare in surface of implants. There is no stratum intermedium between bone and implant. Conclusion:The new type implant can form excellent implant-bone integrateion.
