HPLC测定咽炎含片中甘草酸的含量

DETERMINATION OF GLYCYRRHIZIC ACID IN PHARYNGITIS BUCCAL TABLETS BY HPLC

目的:建立咽炎含片中甘草酸的含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:所测咽炎含片中甘草酸线性关系良好,其线性范围为0.1579～0.3830μg(r=0.9996),平均回收率为102.42%;RSD为1.60%;结论:该方法简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in pharyngitis buccal tablets.Metheds：HPLC was adopted.Results：HPLC assay was linear in the range of 0.1579 ～0.3830 μg（r = 0.9996）.The average recovery was 102.42% with RSD of 1.60%.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,effi-cient,sensitive,accurate and with good repeatability and recovery,it could be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
