摘要
目的:观察冠心病心房颤动患者血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和射血分数(EF)的变化,探讨炎症机制在心房颤动发生、发展与维持中的作用以及对心功能的影响。方法:分别测定108例冠心病心房颤动患者(房颤组)和非房颤患者108例(对照组)血浆hs-CRP和IL-6浓度,同时测定左心室EF值,分析hs-CRP和IL-6变化与房颤和EF的关系。结果:房颤组血浆hs-CRP、IL-6浓度均明显高于对照组(均为P<0.05),且持续性房颤组血浆hs-CRP、IL-6浓度高于阵发性房颤组(P<0.05)。房颤组EF值低于对照组(P<0.05),EF值与血浆hs-CRP、IL-6浓度成负相关(r<0)。结论:炎症反应在房颤的发生、发展与维持中可能起重要作用,并与心功能减退有密切关系。
Objective:To observe the changes of high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6) and ejection fraction(EF) in patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation so as to probe into the effect of inflammatory mechanisms on the occurrence,development,and maintenance of atrial fibrillation and heart function.Methods:108 patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation(AF group) together with 108 patients with coronary heart disease but no atrial fibrillation(control group) were included.The plasma hs-CRP,IL-6 concentration and left ventricular EF values were measured.The relationship between the changes of hs-CRP,IL-6 and atrial fibrillation,EF was analyzed.Results:Plasma hs-CRP,IL-6 concentrations in AF group were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).The plasma hs-CRP,IL-6 concentrations in persistent atrial fibrillation group were higher than that of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P0.05).EF in AF group was lower than that of control group(P0.05).EF values was negatively related to plasma hs-CRP,IL-6 concentration(r0).Conclusion:Inflammatory reaction may play an important role in the occurrence,develop-ment and maintenance of atrial fibrillation and it is closely related with cardiac dysfunction.
