镍铬合金烤瓷全冠对患牙牙周组织健康的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF NI-CR ALLOY PORCELAIN CROWN RESTORATION ON PERIODONTAL HEALTH OF RESTORED TOOTH

目的:探讨镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复后对患牙各项牙周指数及两种牙周可疑致病菌检出率的影响。方法:比较镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复前和修复6个月后患者各项牙周指数的变化,同时用PCR检测患牙龈下菌斑中Pg、Aa阳性率的变化。结果:镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复后六个月,患牙PLI与修复前无差别,但患牙PD加深,GI、SBI较修复前增加。患牙龈下菌斑中Pg阳性率较修复前增高,Aa的阳性率与修复前无差别。结论:镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复后对患牙各项牙周指数有影响,患牙龈下菌斑中Pg的阳性率增高,镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复可能成为后患牙继发牙周组织病变的风险因素之一。

Objective： To evaluate the influence of Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown restoration on periodontal tissues. Methods：The changes of restored teeth＇s periodontal index were observed after Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown were placed, subgingival plaque were collected for detecting the positive rates of Pg and Aa. Results： Six months after Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown were placed,PD was deeper GI ,SBI was higher and the positive rate of Pg was higher in restored teeth of return visit group than that of first visit group.There was no statistical significace in positive rate of Aa between restored teeth of return visit group and first visit group. Conclusions：（1）The influence of Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown on periodontal tissue exists objectively. （2）After 6 months the placement of Ni-Cr alloy porcelain crown , the increase of positive rate of Pg in restored teeth＇s subgingival plaque may be one of the risk factors of secondary periodontal disease.
