摘要
本文将Slave-boson平均场方法应用于Kondo晶格模型,计算了低温下重费米子系统的电子态密度。结果表明:在极低温度下费米面存在赝能隙;在较高温度下此赝能隙将为态密度峰所取代。
In this paper the slave-boson mean field method is appliedto a Kondo lattice model. The state density of electrons in the heavy Fermion system at low temperatures is calculated. Results show that there is a pseudo-gap at the Fermi surface at extremely low temperatures, and the pseudo-gap will be replaced by a state density peak at higher temperatures.
