摘要 根据某厂风机叶片平整度的检测项目实例,研究新型三维工业测量系统——激光跟踪仪应用于大型工业产品成果质量的检验.首先运用激光跟踪仪测量待测截面上均匀分布的离散点三维坐标,其次利用最小二乘法计算出离散点的最佳拟合平面,最后计算出各离散点到此平面的距离作为评价的指标,进而确定待截面平整度是否满足设计要求.实践证明激光跟踪测量系统完全满足截面平整度检测亚毫米级精度的要求,对于其它工业产品平整度检测有很好的借鉴意义. In the paper,mostly according to the detecting program example of the blade flatness of a factory,the new three-dimensional industrial measurement systems—laser tracking system is researched and decided whether it could be used in detecting of the quality of industrial products.Firstly,the three-dimensional coordinates of the uniform discrete points which are distributed on the tested section are measured by using the laser tracker.Secondly,the error equation to calculate the best fitting plane of the discrete points is established by using the least square method.Finally,the distances between the discrete points and this plane as the evaluation index are calculated,and then whether the tested section flatness meet the design requirements is determined.The test proved that the laser tracking measurement system not only met the sub-millimeter accuracy requirements of the cross-section flatness,but also solved the issue of the traditional three coordinate measuring machine which has a short distance and moving is not convenient;it also has a good reference for flatness detecting of other manufactured products.
