摘要
简介尼美舒利胶囊的制备，并研究其在人体内的相对生物利用度。结果表明：胶囊相对于片剂的生物利用度为９８％，两者的药动学参数相似。
The preparation of Nimesulide capsules was outlined and its relative bioavailability in ten young healthy volunleers was determined by HPLC.The results showed that the relative bioavailability of Nimesulide capsules compared with its tablets was 98% and the pharmacokinetics of two formulations of Nimesulide were similar,and the two formulations were bioequivalent.
