摘要
运用文献资料法、运动录像影片解析法,以运动技能和与之相似的日常生活动作技能为研究对象,解析运动技能的难易度。研究结果表明:将运动技能和与之相似的日常生活中的动作技能进行运动学比较分析,是解析运动技能难易度的重要方法;运动技能和与之相似的日常生活中动作技能的相似程度并不相同,这种相似度的大小是体现运动技能难易度的因素之一。
Using the methods of literature review, analysis of sport videos, this paper analyzed the＂ difficulty degree＂of the motor skill and the similar daily life skills. The results indicated ： the elements related to the ＂difficulty degree＂ of motor skill are related to many factors, the most important methods of which is kinematics analysis.
