体育舞蹈技术动作意象引导的实验研究

Experimental Research of Image Leading in Dancesport Skill

技术的形成是大脑神经系统下多组肌肉群精密协调配合的整体呈现。典型的意象引导对体育舞蹈技术动作的细腻丰富有重要作用,主要采用访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法和测量法对体育舞蹈教学中的意象引导教学方法进行研究,主要结合了国内先进的ZebrisFDM步态分析系统对测试者加入意象引导前后的技术动作进行实验研究。研究表明典型意象的使用提示和整合了多样化的技术细节,科学数据和图像也显示,一个典型的意象引导就涉及到支撑腿和动力腿肌肉的发力点、发力关系、平衡性、稳定度等多种技术要素。

The formation of skill is the whole presentation of the precise and harmonious cooperation of groups of muscles under the brain nervous system. The classic image leading plays an important role in exquisite and abundant aspect of dancesport skills. This thesis analyzes the differences before and after experiments, by using the methods such as interview, investigation, experimentation, statistics, chiefly combining the Zebris FDM analysis system. The study indicates that the classic images＂ using can prompt and integrate the details of skill, the data of this thesis indicates that a classic image relate to different skill factors such as muscle power point of two legs, relationship of force point, balance, stability, etc.
