摘要 为了探讨运动性骨骼肌微损伤和修复的机制。以大鼠离心运动为运动方式,观察运动后即刻、运动后24h、运动后48h和运动后72h血清CK、血清MDA、尿液3-MH、骨骼肌组织葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)和β-葡萄糖苷酸酶(GUS)等指标的变化情况。结果发现:(1)离心运动后,血清CK活性和MDA含量升高,均在运动后24h达峰值,但它们的变化没有显著的相关关系;(2)离心运动后,尿3-MH含量急剧上升并在即刻达峰值,48h以后开始恢复;(3)离心运动后即刻骨骼肌β-葡萄糖苷酸酶含量急剧上升并达峰值,G6PDH含量明显上升,在运动后24h达峰值。揭示了:一次性离心运动能引起延迟性骨骼肌微损伤,其发生的原因可能与化学因素有关。 Objective: To research on mechanism of the micro - injury and repair of the skeletal muscle after eccentric exercise. Methods :40 male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: no -exercise control group, post -exercise 0hour group, post - exercise 24hours group, post - exercise 48hours group, post - exercise 72hours group, which every group has 8 rats. Exercise groups rats had to interval eccentric- exercise of 120rninutes, which the speed was 16metre/mintues, grade was - 160, rest 2 minutes after exercise 5 minutes. Rats were slay respectively Serum CK,serum MDA,musele G6PDH and muscle 13 - GUS were determined. Results : ( 1 ) Serum CK and MDA enhanced after eccentric exercise. Them reached peak in 24 hours post - exercise, serum CK gradually resumed in 48 hours and serum MDA resumed in 72 hours post - exercise ; (2) The content of urine 3 - MH sharply enhanced and reached peak in o hour, and begin to resume in 48 hours; (3) The content of skeletal β - GUS sharply enhanced and reached peak in o hour, but can not resume in 72 hours. The content of skeletal G6PDH obviously enhanced and reached peak in 24 hour, but could not resume in 72 hours. Conclusion: One acute eccentric exercise could induce delay skeletal micro - injury, and the reason was likely for the cooperation with factors of chemistry.
