青少年体育俱乐部处在一个经济发展迅速的年代,引入市场管理模式能更好地发挥成立青少年体育俱乐部的初衷作用,能有效地激发俱乐部的发展热情,迅速扩大俱乐部的服务规模。广州体育学院体育俱乐部,社会资源丰富,师资雄厚、场馆众多教学设备齐全,具备做大做强的天时、地利环境,引入市场管理模式能更好地规划战略部署,明晰战略目标,优化青少年体育俱乐部的管理,提升工作的执行力,挖掘青少年体育俱乐部的发展潜力,发挥其应有的社会服务功能。
The adolescent sports clubs are in the era of ever increasing economic development. The introduction of marketing management style will help to promote their original function, stimulate the development enthusiasm of the clubs, and enlarge their service scale.
