摘要
抗日战争爆发后,为了开发建设具有重要战略地位的贵州地区,贵州省国民政府决定大力发展教育事业。整个抗战时期贵州省国民政府采取了广设师范学校、重视师范生和教师之身心锤炼以及奖罚相给合等手段以确保教师队伍之稳定与壮大。这些政策措施使抗战时期贵州地区的师资队伍无论在数量还是质量方面都有了较为明显的改善和提高。其不足之处在于始终未能圆满地解决战时教师匮乏现象,终至不能满足贵州教育事业的全面需要。
After the Anti-Japanese War,in order to develop and construct Guizhou area located in the important strategic position,.Guizhou National Government decided to devote major efforts to developing education.During the Anti-Japanese War,Guizhou National government took a series of measures to guarantee guarantee the stableness and strength of teachers.For example,they widely set up normal schools,attached importance to the training of the normal ormal school students and teachers in both body-and-mind improvement and combine rewards with punishments and so on.As a result of these measures,the teacher ranks in Guizhou got obviously improved in both quantity and quality during the Anti-Japanese War.The deficiency was that the lack of teachers was not completely solved,which could not satisfy the all-round needs of Guizhou's education during the war in the end.
