摘要
通过对长治市初中教师对新课程理念理解情况的调查发现,初中教师能够初步理解新课程所倡导的理念,但对于理念具体内涵的理解还有不足之处。为此,应努力提高教师的专业素养,建立有效的课程改革管理制度,同时进行教育考试制度改革,促使教师积极参与课程改革。
The article analyzes the status quo,problems and reasons that the teachers in secondary schools understand the curriculum rationale and puts forward the corresponding reference recommendations through a survey.The survey finds that the teachers are able to understand and carry out the curriculum rationale required by new courses,but there is a wrong understanding of specific connotation of professional terminology.The formation of curriculum rationale is affected by many constraints such as teachers' cultural attainments,not properly co-ordinated education management and practical training.Based on it,the article suggests that the level of teaching and testing system should be improved constantly and schools responsible for teaching reform as well as the education management institutions make the best use of its own administrative and guidance functions
