摘要
基于吸入式气浮净化机工作机理的分析,提出了脱油动力学模型,得到关联油滴脱除率与操作条件的数学表达式。利用文中给出的数学模型进行吸入式气浮净化机的工艺设计时,应通过模型试验确定速度常数和极限脱油浓度,文中给出了设计步骤。用本文模型及数值计算出的油滴脱除率与实测值吻合较好。
Induced air flotation depurators are used extensively to remove oil from oil-water mixtures produced at oil fields. Based on analyzing the mechanism of oil-water separation in depurator, a mathematical modal for dascribing the operation of induced air flotation depurator has bean developed. Thess equations correlate oil removal efficiency with the operating conditions of the depurator. Design procedures of the induced air flotation depurator are discussd as well in this paper.
