河南省田径教练员现状及发展对策研究

The Study of Henan Province Track and Field Coach Current Situation and Development Countermeasure

通过运用文献法、问卷调查法、数学法、逻辑法对河南省的田径教练员进行了基本调查,分析了他们的基本情况和科研、学术交流等现状,针对他们中间存在的问题提出了调整教练的群体结构、人力资源结构等建议,以期全面提高河南省田径运动员的整体水平。

Through using the literature law,the questionnaire survey procedure,mathematics law,the logical law has carried on the basic investigation to Henan Province＇s track and field trainer,has analyzed present situations and so on their basic situation,scientific research,academic exchanges,proposed in view of their middle existence＇s question the reasonable adjustment training＇s community structure,the human resources structure and so on,raises the Henan Province track athlete＇s overall level comprehensively by the time.
