摘要
目的调查军队医院不同身份护理人员战备能力的现况,探讨提高军队医院护理人员战备能力的策略。方法将被调查的军队护理人员按军人护士、非现役文职护士、合同制护士分为A、B、C三组,应用军队护理人员战备能力评估量表对三组人员进行评估。结果三组人员总量表自评结果存在显著差异,除个人事物/身体素质/心理社会的准备维度、领导和管理的支持维度自评结果显示无差异外,其余4个维度均存在显著差异。结论应重视非现役文职护士和合同制护理人员军事行动护理能力和战士/生存能力的提高,以适应军队医院护理事业发展的需求。
Objective To investigate the readiness ability of different identified nurses in military hospitals and to discuss the strategy to improve their readiness ability.Methods The involved nurses were divided into group A(active duty nurses),group B(non-active duty nurses) and group C(contract nurses) and then evaluated with readiness ability estimate scale of military nurses.Results There were significant differences in the self-assessment results of the total scale in the threes groups.Except personal/physical /psychosocial readiness dimension and leadership/administrative dimension,the other four dimensions had significant differences.Conclusion More attention should be attached to increasing nursing ability and wartime viability of military operations of non-active duty nurses and contract nurses to meet military nursing needs.
