孕妇学校规范化健康教育对产妇产褥期行为的影响

Effects of Standardized Health Education in Pregnant Women's School on Maternity Behaviors

目的了解产妇产褥期饮食、卫生等日常生活的现状及影响因素,探讨孕妇学校规范化健康教育对产妇产褥期行为的影响。方法对我院产后30~42 d的224名产妇进行问卷调查,了解其产褥期行为的情况。其中有124名产妇参加过我院孕妇学校系列课程学习,100名产妇从未参与孕妇学校的学习。比较参加孕妇学校系列课程学习的产妇与未参加学习产妇的产褥期行为的差异。结果 124名参加孕妇学校学习的产妇中,产褥期间洗头、洗澡的有118名（95.16%）,刷牙的有122名（98.39%）,吃蔬菜、水果的有120名（96.77%）,外出室外活动的有68名（54.84%）;而100名从未参加过孕妇学校学习的产妇中,产褥期间洗头、洗澡的有52名（52.00%）,刷牙的有66名（66.00%）,吃蔬菜、水果的有68名（68.00%）,外出室外活动的有8名（8.00%）。孕妇学校规范化健康教育对产妇产褥期行为的影响具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论传统＂坐月子＂观念对产妇的影响比较大,但通过孕妇学校向孕产妇传递健康观念,可以改善产妇的产褥期行为,促进产妇身心健康。

Objective To comprehend the maternal postpartum diet,health status and influencing factors of daily life,and to explore the influence of standardized health education in pregnant women＇s school on maternity behavior.Methods A total of 224 postpartum women after 30～42 days of delivery were surveyed with the questionnaire on maternity behaviors.Altogether 124 postpartum women took the courses in the pregnant women＇s school and 100 did not appeared in the school.The differences in maternity behaviors were compared between the postpartum women who attended the courses in the pregnant women＇s school and those who didn＇t.Results Of the 124 postpartum women who attended the courses in the pregnant women＇s school,118（95.16%） washed hair and took bath,122（98.39%）brushed teeth,120（96.77%） ate vegetable and fruit,and 68（54.84%）went outside in postpartum period.Of the 100 postpartum women who didn＇t attend the courses in the pregnant women＇s school,52（53.00%） washed hair and took bath,66（66.00%） brushed teeth,68（58.00%） ate vegetable and fruit,and 8（8.00%） went outside in postpartum period.Standardized health education in pregnant women＇s school had significant effects on their maternity behaviors（P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional concepts of maternity behavior have large effects on Chinese,so we should delivery the health knowledge from pregnancy women＇s school to pregnant woman,ameliorate their maternity behavior,and promote maternity mental health.
