河南省本专科学生专业承诺异同点研究——以旅游管理专业为例

Research on Similarities and Differences of Professional Commitment of College and University in Henan Province——Tourism Management for Example

为了从心理学的视角分析不同高校大学生专业承诺情况,研究采用《大学生专业承诺》问卷对本、专科两所学校旅游管理专业120名毕业班学生进行了调查。结果发现:(1)本专科学生总体专业承诺处于中等水平,各维度发展不平衡,从高到低依次为规范承诺、情感承诺、理想承诺和继续承诺;(2)专科生规范承诺高于本科生。文章在对本专科毕业班学生专业承诺的特点以及差异进行讨论的基础上,提出增强大学生专业承诺的建议。

In order to Analyze the specialized pledge situation of different university students by Psychological Perspective,this study took the professional commitment scale to make a survey of seniors of tourism management major from a college and a university.The results showed that：（1） the students＇total professional commitment ranked at a medium level,and the four components developed unevenly,that was normative commitment,affective commitment,ideal commitment and continuance commitment from high to low;（2） the college seniors＇ normative commitment was higher than the university seniors.On the basis of discussing their characteristics and differences,some suggestion was made for enhancing the college and university students＇ professional commitment.
