摘要
本文重点研究了带有缺陷的焊接构件的疲劳可靠性;建立了贯穿壁厚的疲劳失效模型;对NDT精度等疲劳参量的统计特性作了分析。基于寿命模型,应用结构可靠性原理探讨了设计阶段构件的疲劳可靠性预测及带裂纹构件剩余寿命的概率分析问题。通过相应的计算,给出了几组特定参数下的失效概率曲线,并分析了有关参数的作用。
This study is focused on the analysis of components with defects under random loading. A model for fatigue failure caused by crack growth in the thickness direction is set up. The statistical properties of some fatigue parameters, such as NDT error and stress calculation error, are investigated. On the basis of the fatigue life model, the estimation of fatigue reliability in design and probabilistic analysis for remaining fatigue life are studied by the use of the structural reliability theory. Some failure probability curves are presented and the influence of some parameters on fatigue reliability is discussed.
