和谐社会的构建必须有一个稳定平衡的生态环境,人与自然的生态和谐是构建和谐社会的生态基础与重要内容。我国在取得历史性伟大成就的同时,也积累和暴露出诸多深层次生态问题与矛盾。粗放式经济增长造成的生态矛盾,城市化迅速扩张导致的严峻环境问题,公众环保意识差形成的生态漠视,都表明生态文明建设已经成为构建和谐社会的迫切要求。加强生态文明建设,必须转变思维模式,树立生态价值观念;发展循环经济,追求经济发展的生态化;完善制度支撑,构建生态文明和谐机制。

The construction of a harmonious society can be achieved only on the basis of a well-balanced eco-environment,and the ecological harmony between man and nature is the eco-basis and main contents of the construction.Beyond the great historic achievements,a lot of hidden problems and contradictions began to accumulate and revealed themselves.The eco-contradictions caused by extensive mode of economic growth,the severe environmental problem caused by the rapid growth of urbanization,and the indifference to ecology due to the poor public consciousness of environmental protection show that the building of ecological civilization becomes an urgent requirement of the construction of a harmonious society.Therefore,to develop the building of ecological civilization,it is imperative to change our way of thinking and set up the concept of ecological value;it is imperative to develop cyclic economy and go after the ecologization of economic development;again,it is imperative to improve systematic support and construct a harmonious mechanism for ecological civilization.
