摘要
本文提出了钻头位移量与钻压的α次方成比例的非线性位移模式(其中α>0)。结果表明,利用模式计算钻头合位移,其方向并非总是与合力方向一致。由此得出,决定井眼轨迹的是钻头合位移方向,而不必是合力方向。本文分析了合位移方向的变化规律,导出了判断合位移方向变化的参考锥面及其准线方程。并列出了非线性位移模式的试验结果。
A nonlinear model for relating the bit displacement to theath power of weight on bit (a>0) is presented. Calculation shows that the direction of the resultant displacement of a bit is not always in that of its resultant force. The trajectory of bore hole is proved to be formed by the resultant displacement of the bit instead of the resultant force. The trend of the change in the resultant displacement is analyzed. Reference surfaces and their directrices for deciding the direction of resultant displacement are obtained.The experimental data of the model are listed.
