摘要
在现代旅游服务业中,女性是不容忽视的巨大人力资源,其从业人员占到旅游从业人员的半数以上。但女性在就业时却遭遇到性别歧视、职位及待遇偏低等诸多不公平。通过分析女性先天和后天存在的优势及劣势,提出女性旅游从业者应克服自弱心理、积极参加职业技能培训、科学合理做好人生规划、熟练掌握并运用电脑及网络等媒介、积极维护女性权益等建议,旨在为女性充分发挥其在旅游业中的作用、实现其应有的价值提供帮助。
Women,accounting for more than 50% of tourism practitioners,are necessary human resources in modern tourism service.However,they encounter unfairness of sexual discrimination,low-ranking and low income when engaged in the work.This thesis,by analyzing the inborn advantages and disadvantages of women as well as the postnatal ones,proposes several suggestions,such as overcoming the weak self-awareness,taking active part in vocational skills training,planning life in a scientific and reasonable way,mastering and applying the media of computers and internet and safeguarding women's rights,etc.The purpose is to provide recommendations for women to give full play to their roles in tourism and realize their values.
