摘要
在自建的高压相平衡测试装置上,测定了大庆减压渣油在超临界正戊烷中的平衡溶解度。并考察了平衡溶解度随各参数影响的变化规律。结果表明,溶解度随压力升高而增大,随温度升高而减小;溶剂比增加,溶解度减小,但脱沥青油(DAO)收率增加。当超临界正戊烷密度恒定时,溶解度还将随温度的增加而增大。试验结果还表明,在正戊烷的超临界区域内,采用等温降压、等压升温、升温降压和绝热膨胀等方式均可进行溶剂回收。
The equilibrium solubilities of Daqing vacuum residue in supercritical n-pentane were measured and investigated at different pressures, temperatures and the solvent to residue ratios. The corresponding equilibrium yields of deasphalted oil (DAO) and the equilibrium distributions of the solvent in the coexisting phases were derived. The results showed that the solubility will increase with the pressure increasing and decrease with the temperature increasing. When the solvent to residua ratio increases, the solubility will decrease, but the yield of DAO will increase. When the density of supercritical n-pentane is constant, the solubility will increase with the temperature increasing. The experim nt showed that the solvent can be recovered by the use of isothermal pressure reduction, isobaric temperature increase, temperature increases and pressure reduction, and isothermal expansion in the supercritical region.
