对高校人事档案管理工作的思考

高校人事档案管理是学校组织人事工作的重要组成部分,是高校人力资源开发利用的支撑,但有时人们对高校人事档案管理工作的这种重要性认识不足,致使目前人事档案管理工作存在以下问题:档案材料不能完整及时归档;档案管理人员总体业务素质不高;人事档案管理工作需要的硬件投入欠缺等。要从加强规章制度,建立和规范工作程序,增加硬件投入,加快档案信息数字化建设,加强档案管理人员业务素质培训等方面,进一步完善高校人事档案管理工作。

University personnel file Management is an important part of the personnel work,and it is also the support of human resources development and utilization in University.However,many people do not fully understand the importance of personnel file management,which leads to the following problems： the archival material can not be complete and timely,some file managers are poor of professional quality,and lack of the necessary investment in hardware.Some measures should be taken,such as strengthening the rules and regulations,establishing and standardizing the work process,increasing the investment in hardware to speed up the construction of digital information archives,strengthening the professional training of file managers to further improve the management of university personnel files.
