摘要
采用管道流动装置对同一浓度不同温度下锆冻胶压裂液的流动特性进行了实验研究。文章认为,锆冻胶压裂液属粘弹触变性流体。实验结果表明,在实验的切变速率范围内,剪切应力和切变速率的关系曲线可划分为三个区域,每个区域均可用Herschel-Bulkley模式来描述,并分别得到不同情况下的极限动剪切应力、稠度系数和流变指数值。文章还得出了视粘度随温度的变化关系,并就锆冻胶压裂液在油气田开发过程中所涉及的几个问题进行了探讨。
The flow properties of zirconium gel fracturing fluid at the same concentration and different temperatures were studied with pipe flow device. The experimental results showed three sections in the shear stress and shear rate curve. Each section can be described by the use of Herschel -Bulkley model. The relationship between viscosity and temperature was obtained. Some problems about zirconium gel fracturing fluid used in oil and gas field development were discussed.
