摘要
通过对机构结构的分析,抽象出机构的理论化模型,从而将该夹紧机构简化为双摇杆机构。运用遗传算法在约束条件范围内对决定机构运动特性的关键部件的结构参数进行优化设计,从而达到机构按照给定的运动轨迹运动的设计要求。根据优化设计得到的参数建立机构数字化模型,并运用UG进行运动仿真分析。仿真结果表明,通过遗传算法进行优化设计得到的结果能够很好满足设计要求。
