The rapid development of automobile industry brings intense attention to energy and enviornment.The Pure EV（electric vehicles）,with its advantage of low noise,free contamination,diversification and high efficiency in energy,is a major way to solve the automobile problems in urbanization.This thesis mainly introduces the present situation of electric vehicles,analyses the key technology on the development of modern Pure EV and problems we are facing,then illustrates speeding up the Pure EV is an efficient path to relieve the stress on energy and enviornment.
