文章阐述了江西省科技创新公共服务平台建设背景和必要性,分析了国内外公共服务平台建设的现状和我省现有的基础,论述了平台建设的指导思想和建设目标、平台的总体框架和建设内容以及平台运行的组织管理和保障措施。
This article explains the Jiangxi province science and technology innovation in public services platform construction background and necessity,the analysis of domestic and foreign public service platform construction status and our province the existing foundation,discusses the platform thinking and building targeted,platforms,and the overall framework and platform for building content running in organizational management and safeguards.
