A Thinking on Improving China's Public Finance System Under the Backgroud of Building a Service-oriented Government

自1994年"分税制"改革以来,我国财政体系发生了较大变化,本文从服务型政府建设与公共财政体系完善的关系出发,分析了我国现行财政体系的现状,并对不断完善我国公共财政体系提出相关建议。

Since the reform of tax system in 1994,China＇s financial system have changed greatly.This article researched the relationship between the construction of a service-oriented government and the completion of the public finance system,analyzed current status quo of China＇s financial system,and then gave the suggestion of improving the public finance system.
