高职口译教学中的职业素质养成

Professional Qualities Formation of Interpretation Teaching in Vocational Colleges

高职教育的特色就在于其培养对象是直接面向具体职业岗位,其人才培养与市场紧密挂钩,因此其主要作用是服务当地经济,满足社会各行各业需要。目前许多企业都强调"以德为先,以人为本",说明职业素质培养是高职教育须迫切解决的问题。要提高学生职业素质就必须把职业素质教育贯穿到整个教学活动中去。本文以高职口译课程为例,探索如何将职业素质养成渗透到日常教学中去。

One of the major features of vocational education is its close link to positions and markets,so it should serve the local economy and satisfy the need of every walk of life.Currently companies stress on ＂people and moralities＂,which is a sign to show professional qualities cultivation is a must and should be done in the daily teaching activities.This article takes interpretation course as an example to explore how those qualities shall be infiltrated into the vocational college students.
