腹腔置管引流热灌注化学疗法联合实脾饮治疗癌性腹水临床研究

Clinical Research of Intra-abdominal Catheter Drainage Hot Perfusion Chemotherapy and Shipi Drink in Treating Cancerous Ascites

目的:观察腹腔置管引流热灌注化学疗法联合实脾饮治疗癌性腹水的疗效。方法:治疗组和对照组均采用腹腔置管引流、热灌注和化学疗法,治疗组同时服用实脾散。结果:治疗组有效率82.0%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组之间的不良反应比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:腹腔置管引流热灌注化疗联合实脾饮治疗癌性腹水的疗效较好。

Objective：To observe the effect ofintra-abdominal catheter drainage hot perfusion chemotherapy and shipi drink in treating cancerous ascites.Methods：Intra-abdominaltheter drainage,heat treatment and chemotherapy in the treatment group and control group intra-abdominal catheter drainage were adopted,the treatment group taking shipi drink.Results：Treatment group and control group,the efficient are statistically significant differences between the two groups,the comparison between the adverse reaction has a statistical significance.Conclusion：Intra-abdominal catheter drainage hot perfusion chemotherapy and shipi drink in treating carcinoma of ascites has good curative effect.
